“Îngerului Bisericii din Filadelfia scrie-i: „Iată ce zice Cel Sfânt, Cel Adevărat, Cel ce ţine cheia lui David, Cel ce deschide, şi nimeni nu va închide, Cel ce închide, şi nimeni nu va deschide: …: (Apocalipsa 3:7-13).

Domnul se descoperă ca şi Acela care poate deschide sau închide acum orice uşă. Dacă suntem biruitori în Cristos, nu trebuie să stăm niciodată în faţa unei uşi închise, dacă este voia lui Dumnezeu ca noi să intrăm pe acea uşă.

Domnul, de asemenea, închide anumite uşi care ne sunt în faţă, pentru ca să nu păşim în direcţii pe care El nu le-a pregătit pentru noi – direcţiile despre care Dumnezeu ştie că nu vor fi profitabile pentru noi. Viaţa de învingător este cu adevărat o viaţă palpitantă. Domnul Însuşi decide uşile pe care ar trebui să intrăm, şi uşile la care să nu mai batem.
 
În cartea lui Iona, vedem cum Domnul a închis o uşă (uşa unei corăbii, făcând ca Iona să fie aruncat în mare) şi a deschis o alta (gura unui peşte, făcându-l să-l înghită pe Iona). Când peştele a ajuns la coasta Israelului, Domnul a deschis din nou gura peştelui şi şi-a pus slujitorul la mal. Astfel Dumnezeu l-a adus pe Iona înapoi de unde pornise. Apoi i-a spus din nou lui Iona să meargă la Ninive, unde El vroia ca Iona să predice. Şi Iona a mers.

Dacă Dumnezeu ne vrea în orice loc pentru orice scop, El are metodele şi mijloacele potrivite pentru a închide uşile greşite care ne stau în faţă (poate chiar facând să fim aruncaţi de undeva!) şi deschizând uşile potrivite. El are chiar mijloacele de a ne transporta înapoi la punctul de pornire din vieţile noastre, şi astfel să nu pierdem lucrurile cele mai bune pregătite de El pentru noi. Ceea ce a făcut pentru Iona, va face şi pentru noi. Va face chiar mai mult decât atât.

Cheia fiecărei uşi este în mâna Lui. Dacă eşti cu toată inima ta un ucenic al Domnului, fără alte ambiţii în viaţă decât să-L glorifici pe Dumnezeu, poţi să fi sigur de un lucru – nimic nu îţi poate sta în cale. Ca şi uşile automate care se deschid când se apropie cineva de ele, fiecare uşă închisă care te împiedică să înaintezi în împlinirea voii lui Dumnezeu se va deschide înaintea ta – de îndată ce te vei apropia de ea.

El deschide fiecare uşă la timpul potrivit – nici prea devreme şi nici prea târziu. Şi, de asemenea, El va închide uşile care te-ar face să ratezi voia Sa desăvârşită pentru viaţa ta.

                 The Key To Every Door
                          Zac Poonen
 
“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is Holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut and who shuts and no one opens, says this:  “I know your deeds, Behold I have put before you an open door which no one can shut”…..(Rev:3:7-13)
 
The Lord also describes Himself as the One who can now open or shut any door. If we are overcomers, we need never stand before a closed door at any time, when it is the will of God that we should go through.
 
But the Lord also shuts certain doors before us, so that we don’t go into paths that He has not ordained for us – paths that He knows will not be profitable for us. It is really an exciting life to be an overcomer. The Lord Himself decides which doors we should go through, and which doors we should
stop knocking at.
 
In the book of Jonah, we see how the Lord shut one door (of a ship, by getting Jonah thrown overboard) and opened another (of a fish’s mouth, by getting it to swallow Jonah). When the fish came to the coast of Israel, the Lord opened the fish’s mouth once again to place His servant ashore. Thus God brought Jonah back to “Square One”. Then He told him once again to go to Nineveh, where He wanted him to preach. Then Jonah went.
 
If God wants us in any place for any purpose, He has ways and means of closing the wrong  doors before us (getting us thrown out of somewhere perhaps!) and of opening the right doors in front of us. He even has means of transporting us back to “Square One” in our lives, so that we don’t miss His best! What He did for Jonah, He will do for us too. He will do even more.
 
The key to every door is in His hand. If you are a wholehearted disciple of the Lord with no ambition in life but to glorify God, you can be certain of one thing – that nothing can stand in your way. Like automatic doors that open as soon as a person comes near them, every closed door that hinders you from moving forward in the fulfillment of God’s will, will open up before you – as soon as you come near it.
 
He opens each door at the right time – not too soon and not too late. He will also close those doors that would make you miss His perfect will for your life.
